Will consider new graduates with extensive ICU experience.The Cleveland Clinic Neurological Intensive Care Unit is a state of the art 24 bed academic program led by 11 neurointensivists, 15 APPs, and 5-6 Neuro critical care fellows with additional resident support from Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Anesthesia. Patient management is multidisciplinary in conjunction with members of neurosurgery, neurology, vascular neurology, specially trained RNs, dedicated respiratory therapists and PharmD as well as others.Our multidisciplinary program dedicated to treating patients with acute neurological diseases, include acute ischemic stroke, ICH, SAH, subdural hematoma, status epilepticus, and meningitis, as well as many other neurological diseases and disorders. Responsible for dissemination of knowledge through instructing, leading and developing educational programs. **Responsibilities:** - Conducts thorough medical histories, performs complete physical examinations (where indicated), initiates appropriate lab, radiology tests or other special tests required for evaluation of illness, and scrutinizes lab data to establish a record of the patient's current health status and to develop a working diagnosis and treatment plan.
