To be a well-qualified team member, you should have the following skills: - Read, interpret and follow assembly drawings and work instructions. - Operate automated wire processing equipment - Good understanding of manufacturing and following process. - Be self-motivated and detail oriented. - Ensure all work performed meets or exceeds quality specifications. - Ability to be flexible to work in many areas. - Follow all quality, environmental, health, and safety programs. - Align with the work schedule to support the team. This opportunity may require that you're on your feet all day, but we can and do make accommodation.
