Have an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Educated to degree level or equivalent or has the equivalent relevant work experience. (BSc/MA in Social Work, Dip SW/HE or CQSW). Knowledge of social work models and interventions, including strengths-based practice models (Desirable). Knowledge and understanding of discriminated groups and the ability to ensure that services are appropriately delivered to meet their needs (Desirable).
