Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our client’s busy and dynamic team in Dorset, supporting the growing demand for hospital discharges, active recovery and reablement packages. This role is central to delivering high-quality, person-centred care across Dorset. You will work closely with partners in health and community services to build strong collaborative relationships that positively influence individual health and care outcomes. Community visits across the county to support service users Office-based and remote working supported from County Hall, Dorchester Integrated team approach with links across all three area clusters What will your responsibilities be?
