Team Recovery is more than a treatment center. **We're a new approach to an old problem.** **Job Summary: The Admissions Manager at Team Recovery provides leadership and oversight of the admissions department, ensuring efficient, compliant, and compassionate access to care for individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This role is responsible for driving admissions performance, developing staff, optimizing systems, managing the CRM and other related technologies, and ensuring every potential client experiences timely, professional, and mission-driven engagement.** **Admissions Leadership & Operations** - Provide leadership, direction, and daily oversight for the Admissions Department. - Establish department priorities, workflows, and operational standards to support organizational growth and low-barrier access to services. - Maintain ownership and accountability for departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), productivity metrics, and performance outcomes. - Monitor admissions trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and quality. - Ensure admissions processes align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. **Quality Assurance & Process Improvement** - Conduct routine quality assurance reviews of admissions calls, documentation, workflows, and client interactions. - Identify opportunities to improve the client experience, communication practices, and admission conversion processes. - Develop, implement, and continuously optimize admissions policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify barriers impacting admissions and develop effective solutions. **Team Management & Development** - Oversee admissions department staffing, scheduling, coverage needs, and workforce planning. - Recruit, train, coach, and develop Admissions team members to ensure high performance and professional growth. - Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and address performance concerns when necessary. - Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, excellence, and compassionate service. **Systems & Technology Management** - Manage admissions-related software systems, platforms, and integrations to support efficient workflows. - Partner with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and optimize system functionality. - Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and utilization of admissions technology. **Communication & Client Access** - Monitor admissions phone lines, emails, and inquiries to ensure timely responses and exceptional service. - Ensure urgent client needs and referral opportunities are addressed promptly, including after-hours coverage needs as applicable. - Maintain strong communication with operational, business development, and billing teams to ensure smooth transitions from referral through admission.
