## **JOB PURPOSE** The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for leading all aspects of student enrollment at Angeline Country Day School. This role ensures that prospective families experience a welcoming, informative, and seamless admissions process, and that the school consistently meets its enrollment goals. The Admissions Coordinator will serve as the primary ambassador of the school's mission and values, building strong relationships with families, community partners, and colleagues. ## **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** ## *Key Responsibilities* **Family Engagement & Outreach** - Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing a warm and knowledgeable introduction to the school. - Lead campus tours, open houses, and parent information sessions. - Develop and maintain relationships with feeder schools, local organizations, and community partners to increase awareness of Angeline Country Day. **Admissions & Enrollment Management** - Manage the full admissions cycle from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring timely and accurate communication with families. - Guide families through the application process, including forms, assessments, interviews, and enrollment agreements. - Monitor enrollment numbers and work with leadership to meet or exceed annual enrollment goals. - Maintain accurate admissions and enrollment records in the school's student information system. **Marketing & Communications** - Collaborate with the leadership team to design and implement marketing strategies that highlight the school's programs and unique offerings. - Support the creation of promotional materials, social media content, and digital campaigns related to admissions. - Provide insight into market trends and community needs to inform recruitment strategies. **Collaboration & Leadership** - Partner with the Head of School and leadership team to align enrollment goals with program capacity and school priorities. - Train and support staff in admissions best practices and family engagement. - Contribute to school events, initiatives, and community-building activities. **\*\*MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED\*\*** **DISCLAIMER** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job. Demonstrates proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Student Information System (SIS) and email communications. 8.
