The successful candidate will demonstrate integrity, professionalism, kindness, and a genuine love for children and families. **Essential Responsibilities:** The Admissions Coordinator serves as a welcoming and knowledgeable representative of American Heritage School, guiding prospective families through each step of the admissions process. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with families through email, phone, text, and in-person interactions; conducting campus tours; participating in family admissions interviews; processing student applications and maintaining accurate admissions records; and assisting families throughout the enrollment process with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. The Admissions Coordinator is expected to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and represent the School in a manner consistent with its mission, values, and standards. **Qualifications:** The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional service to prospective families. A bachelor's degree is recommended but not required, and a minimum of two years of experience in admissions, customer service, education, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office software, strong word processing and data entry skills, and a professional appearance and demeanor. The ideal candidate will have an enduring love of youth, enjoy working with families, and possess a sincere desire to contribute to a faith-based educational environment aligned with the values and teachings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. **Faith and Conduct Expectations:** As an employee of American Heritage School, the Admissions Coordinator is expected to support and uphold the mission, values, and religious character of the School.
