**Position Overview** The Administrative Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate, administrative, leadership, and professional positions across Elite Home Healthcare. This role partners with department leaders to attract highly qualified talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and supporting organizational growth. **Key Responsibilities** Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition approval through candidate onboarding for corporate, administrative, professional, leadership, finance, marketing, information technology, clinical leadership, billing, and other non-field positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, organizational goals, and workforce planning initiatives while providing guidance on recruitment strategies and hiring best practices. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing applicant tracking systems, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, networking, employee referrals, professional organizations, and other recruiting resources. Conduct candidate sourcing, resume reviews, phone screenings, structured interviews, candidate assessments, reference checks, and coordinate interview scheduling and hiring manager feedback. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a professional and positive candidate experience while effectively representing Elite Home Healthcare's culture and values. Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, employment verifications, credential verification, assessments, offer letters, and onboarding documentation in collaboration with Human Resources and hiring managers. Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment technologies while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and organizational policies. Monitor recruiting metrics including applicant flow, source effectiveness, time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and other key performance indicators to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Build and maintain talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill, leadership, and specialized positions through continuous networking, relationship building, and workforce planning initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Human Resources department and organizational objectives. **Required Qualifications** 4+ years of recruiting experience required Previous corporate, administrative, healthcare, executive recruitment experience Experience in fast paced recruiting environments Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting administrative/corporate roles.
