Part- time Administrative Office Assistant Hours: Monday-Thursday 12 pm- 6 pm and Friday 7 am-5 pm ( 31 hours per week) Hourly range $18-$20 (depending on office-setting experience) As part of Administrative Services, you’ll play an important role in our organization, serving as the first point of contact for patients and families. You will combine exceptional customer service, administrative support, and organizational skills to help ensure a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience while supporting our mission of delivering high-quality care. Your responsibilities: Welcome patients, families, and visitors with a warm, courteous, and professional demeanor while ensuring a positive patient experience Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, filing, scanning, and assisting with other office tasks Verify and maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Maintain strict patient confidentiality and safeguard protected health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Enter and update patient information accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR) system Restock office and clinical supplies to support efficient daily operations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment What you will bring: High school diploma or GED (required) Minimum of two years of experience working in a medical office setting (required) Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and a positive attitude Why Join Us?
