Job Functions This position is responsible for assisting the Regional Business Office Manager with the functions of the business office. Duties and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence - Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper) - Order office supplies and manage inventory - Greet visitors and provide general support to clients - Assist with data entry and database management - Support special projects and company events as needed - Maintain accurate resident census - Responsible for resident accounts, money, and assisting them with their banking needs - All other duties as assigned.
