Administrative Assistant - Vancouver

**Job Description** Food Express, Inc. is a family owned and operated trucking company looking for a full-time responsible Administrative Assistant to assist the operations team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant may include the following: - Answer incoming calls - Sort daily paperwork - Manage all billing aspects to include – Processing, scanning, imaging and ensure billing is completed daily - Data entry - Payroll - Railcar Inventory Management - Other tasks as assigned by management - Team-orientated and self-motivating The ideal candidate should have the following skills: - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work - Team-orientated and self motivating - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular) - High School Degree: additional qualifications as an administrative assistant will be a plus Requirements: - Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen - Possess a valid driver’s license Job Type: Full-Time / Monday – Friday Pay: $23.00 / Hour
