In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, handle daily administrative tasks, and support our sales and office teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Answer, screen, and direct inbound phone calls promptly and professionally. - Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork. - Assist with the vehicle inventory process, including stocking in new and used vehicles. - Support the accounting department with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) tasks as needed. - Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, or in a customer-facing role. - **Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA-IGNITE) dealership management software is a major plus!** - Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable is highly preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, professional demeanor. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with basic office equipment and computer software. **Benefits:** - Paid time off - 401(k) - Employee discounts
