**807083** **Administrative Assistant , Boston, MA, 6 weeks contract** Sigma Inc. is looking for a Administrative Assistant to work onsite with our client located in Boston, MA. This is with the Commonwealth of MA and MA Historical Commission. Will be required to work on-site at 220 Morrissey Blvd. **Duties and Responsibilities:** - Answer telephone calls, assist walk-ins, and provide information and referrals - Prepare and arrange mailings via UPS/Fex Ex - Assist with general clerical duties including filing, mailings, and special projects - Distribute inter-office and Director's mail as needed - Maintain confidentiality in dealing with fiscal responsibilities - Assist in filing and archiving MHC's documents and records as needed - Maintain and track office supply inventory on a spreadsheet - Prepare order requisitions and contact vendors to obtain quotes - Order supplies/cross reference deliveries with original requisition/disseminate to appropriate staff - Maintain service contracts for MHC's office equipment - Serve as MCH's contact person for service calls and review accurate billing - Set up MHC's monthly Commission Meetings; - Transcribe minutes from recorded thumb drive for the hybrid MHC Commission Meetings - Upload thumb drive to electronic folder - Other duties as directed by the Executive Director or Fiscal Manager
