Administrative Assistant (Remote) — Saudi Nationals, Fresh Graduates Welcome

**Why this role exists** Deluxe Holiday Homes is a Dubai-based group managing 700+ properties, now preparing its expansion into Saudi Arabia. We need one organized, English-speaking person — fully remote from anywhere in the Kingdom — to run our Saudi admin and outreach while we build. **What you’ll own** • Outreach calls to property owners and partners — Arabic and English, with scripts and training from us. • Follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages so no lead goes cold. • Website listings and content updates (simple admin-panel edits — no coding). • Government portal tasks, documents, and company mail follow-ups. • A simple weekly report: calls made, replies received, tasks closed. * * * **Must-haves** • Saudi national, living in Saudi Arabia — any city, smaller cities welcome. • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience. • Spoken English good enough for a phone call (checked by voice note). • Own laptop, reliable home internet, available full-time remote. **How we work** Small team, direct access to the founders, fast decisions.
