**We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant** *Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy* – Full-Time, Monday–Friday Are you organized, dependable, and passionate about supporting early childhood education? *Kids 'R' Kids*, a well-established child care facility, is seeking a full-time **Administrative Assistant** to join our team! **Schedule**: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday (40 hours/week). Must be Flexible. ### Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with all **state-mandated administrative regulations** for child care facilities - **Support classroom teachers** and staff with administrative and logistical needs - Manage and update **vaccination records**, **allergy and medication documentation**, and other student health information - Oversee **new student enrollment** and maintain accurate student records - Handle **filing**, **paperwork**, and day-to-day administrative tasks - Stay on top of all **regulatory deadlines** and documentation requirements - Greet and assist families daily ### What We're Looking For: - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior administrative experience (experience in child care or education is a plus!) - Familiarity with state licensing standards for child care (or willingness to learn) - Warm, professional communication style This is a vital role that helps keep our school running smoothly and ensures that children are safe, healthy, and thriving.
