As a dnata Administrative Assistant you will manage administrative support for the General Manager and employees by efficiently performing and ensuring a variety of administrative functions and support to include recruitment and onboarding; payroll; badging. Responsible for ensuring compliance with established company standards and procedures. You will Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and existing employment laws and regulations Assist with Recruitment/On-boarding; I-9/E-Verify compliance Personnel file/record keeping maintenance and compliance Employee Relations, coaching, counseling Investigate complaints Assist with payroll related issues Provide information related to company policies Benefits Administration; Leave of Absence Answering employee requests and questions Conducting audits to include HR programs, payroll and recommend corrective actions Assist with the termination process, Exit Interview Administration of airport badging, background checks Must meet Station’s Attendance Policy Other duties as assigned You have High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant Responsible for confidential and time sensitive information Maintains accurate records/files Proficient in Microsoft Office products Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, proficient time management skills
