Administrative Assistant

*We are looking for a creative, and energetic self- starter to join our team at the corporate office located in Des Moines.* *We would prefer this person to have an interest in property management or some Real Estate experience or education would be a plus.* *This person should be well versed in customer service, answering phone calls, and directing folks to the correct department and data entry. Technologically experienced in email, and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel and/or accounting will be required.* *This person should be well versed in the ability to communicate to all demographic groups in a positive and upbeat manner and welcome our office guests along with coordinate conference rooms and events along and keeping a full inventory of office supplies.* *Various duties associated with an Office Admin will be assigned as needed. This is a Monday-Friday job with office hours of 8-5.* *18.50-22.00 is the hourly pay range.* *We offer a full benefit package along with a professional working environment.
