As an Administrative Assistant 2, you will perform the following duties: - **Clerical Oversight:** Supervise clerical staff and coordinate daily work assignments - **Administrative Support:** Assist the director and staff with confidential administrative tasks - **Personnel Coordination:** Work with human resources on hiring actions, pay changes, and attendance records - **Record Management:** Maintain confidential personnel files and ensure accurate documentation - **Agency Liaison:** Communicate with county and state departments regarding purchasing, payroll, and administrative needs **Work Schedule and Additional Information:** - Full-time employment - Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. - **Telework:** You will not have the option to telework in this position. - **Salary:** In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. - You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
