If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** - Provide day-to-day administrative support to office staff and management - Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner - Maintain and organize patient, employee, and company records and files - Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars - Assist with data entry, document preparation, and correspondence - Support HR and staffing functions such as onboarding paperwork and caregiver scheduling - Ensure office supplies are stocked and general office operations run efficiently **Requirements:** - Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred - Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment - Compassionate, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset - Experience in home health, healthcare, or a related field is a plus **About Us:** ComForCare Home Health Care (North San Diego) is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible.
