Admin & Logistic assistant

Job Title: Admin & Logistics Assistant (Remote – KSA) Location: Remote (Supporting KSA Operations) Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Logistics Assistant to support our operations in KSA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, ERP systems, and logistics coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory and transportation processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day administrative and logistics operations Manage and monitor warehouse activities, including stock handling and coordination Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) through ERP systems Coordinate transportation, deliveries, and resolve logistics-related issues Update and maintain records in ERP systems accurately Support procurement and vendor coordination as required Prepare reports related to inventory, logistics, and operations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or admin roles
