**Summary** Regis College is seeking an adjunct faculty member to teach DH 106 Head/Neck Anatomy & Embryology (Mondays 8-10:50am) during the fall semester. This class will be held in person on the Weston campus. A passion for excellence with gentleness, a commitment to diversity, collaboration and innovation, and positive energy are fundamental to this position. **Responsibilities** - Teach the DH 106 Head/Neck Anatomy & Embryology class in person on the Weston campus. - Engage with all responsibilities associated with teaching including content preparation, grading, student engagement, academic assessment, responding to student emails, etc. - Meet with the Program Director periodically to discuss content, student progress, challenges, etc. - Utilize technology necessary for teaching. - Communicate effectively with students and other faculty in the program. **Requirements** - Applicants must possess a minimum of a master’s degree in dental hygiene or a related discipline (DMD or DDS). - Previous teaching experience preferred. - Current continuing education related to the topic and teaching methodology preferred (documented on completed CODA biosketch). - Ability to uphold the university’s commitment to inclusive excellence in a diverse educational community. **Working Conditions/Physical Demands** - Normal classroom teaching environment, not subject to extremes in noise, odors, etc. - Ability to stand and/or sit during lecture. - May include extended periods of time on a computer. **Compensation:** $4,607.61 *The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to do this job.
