The position requires a strong background in real estate valuation and forecasting, and proficiency with either the Argus or Green Street software platforms. Responsibilities include developing and delivering engaging course materials, fostering a dynamic classroom environment, and mentoring students through real-world case studies and projects. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the academic growth of students while being part of a leading business college. **Essential Functions** - Teach the number of hours required based on the credit hours of the course - Evaluate student work for the purpose of providing feedback and determining grades - Maintain and keep updated grade book in the Canvas course management system - Schedule office hours for at least two hours per week and respond to student emails within two business days. - Administer a final exam, project, or evaluation during the final exam week as required by Drexel University guidelines - Participate in assurance of learning evaluations administered for the purposes of accreditation or retention - Uphold the Drexel University Academic Integrity Policy - Maintain communication with the Finance Department Head or relevant program coordinator regarding course or student issues - Participate in online human resources training related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - Other course-related duties as determined by LeBow and Drexel policies **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree - One year of teaching or at least three years’ professional experience **Location** - University City **Special Instructions to the Applicant** Please make sure you upload your CV/resume and cover letter when submitting your application.
