As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Taboola's advertising business by ensuring the seamless execution, monitoring, and delivery of digital video advertising campaigns. Working closely with Enterprise Account Managers, agencies, and cross-functional teams, you will help drive campaign success by proactively monitoring campaign delivery, identifying issues, preparing operational reports, and ensuring operational excellence across a high-volume portfolio. You will collaborate with Product, Support, R&D, and Business teams to resolve campaign-related challenges while becoming a trusted expert in Taboola's advertising platforms and operational workflows. To thrive in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Operations, Media Operations, or the AdTech industry. B.E. or B.Tech. degree in Computer Science or another graduate equivalent stream Hands-on experience working with advertising platforms such as Google Ad Manager (DFP), FreeWheel, DV360, SSPs, DSPs, or similar ad serving platforms. Strong understanding of digital advertising terminology, including impressions, CTR, CPM, CPA, conversions, pacing, and campaign delivery. Experience monitoring and managing live advertising campaigns. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including experience preparing operational reports. High level of English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong customer orientation with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners. Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver with flawless execution. Willingness to work rotational shifts as required. Bonus points if you have: Experience working with video advertising campaigns. Experience with CTV advertising. Experience working on the publisher side of the advertising ecosystem. Familiarity with Google Ad Manager (DFP), FreeWheel, or DV360. Experience working directly with advertising agencies and media planners.
