**Resident Activities Assistant – Memory Care** Part‑Time | Every Other Weekend | 1pm–4pm Join a team that believes meaningful moments matter. At The Classic at Hillcrest Greens, our **Memory Care Activities Assistant** helps create joy, comfort, and connection for residents through engaging, person‑centered activities. ### 🌿 **What You’ll Do** - **Support daily activities** that match residents’ interests, abilities, and needs - **Lead and assist** with group programs, 1:1 visits, and spontaneous engagement - **Create fun, purposeful experiences** for Memory Care residents - **Help during mealtimes** alongside our Resident Assistant team - Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Manager and support additional tasks as needed ### 🌟 **What Makes You a Great Fit** - Experience in activities, caregiving, or senior living is helpful but not required - Strong communication skills and a warm, patient approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team - Organized, dependable, and comfortable adapting to changing resident needs - Willingness to work every other weekend and attend occasional events ###
