We're looking for a dynamic **Activity Assistant** to help plan and lead recreational programs that enrich the lives of our residents. Whether it's arts and crafts, music, games, or outings, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences. ### **Skills Required:** - Creative with painting, music, playing games, cooking - Working with adults with medical disabilities - Computer skills ### **Job Responsibilities:** - Plan and organize recreational activities for adults with medical disabilities - Assist in the implementation of activities such as painting, music, playing games, and cooking - Provide support and encouragement to participants during activities - Assist with the setup and cleanup of activity areas - Maintain accurate records of participant attendance and participation in activities - Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff - Assist with administrative tasks as needed **Benefits:** BCBS Medical, MetLife Dental, Vision, Life available 1st of the month following employment for full-time employees
