Activities Aide, Part-Time, 2nd Shift

This position will be scheduled second shift, 3-hour shifts and requires every Saturday, 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and every other holiday. Holiday pay is at a rate of double time employee's base pay rate. These activities are focused on the individual and group needs, interests, and potentials of the residents. The activities are designed to enhance the functioning and quality of life of the residents and are coordinated with the other services. ## Requirements Minimum Qualifications: - Must be at least 16 years of age - Possesses and maintains good physical stamina - Ability to read, follow written instructions and document services provided - Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision - Has empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail or impaired - Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation
