Using your carpentry and construction skills, you’ll complete high-quality bathroom remodels—often in just one day—while ensuring an excellent customer experience. ## **Key Responsibilities** - Complete bathroom remodels in as little as one day - Use carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills to deliver quality installations - Follow all company installation standards and procedures - Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers - Respect customer homes and leave job sites clean and organized - Educate customers on product use, care, and maintenance - Complete and submit all required paperwork and job photos - Maintain inventory of tools and materials in your installation vehicle ## **Qualifications** - Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry, construction, or home remodeling - Strong communication and customer service skills - High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Ability to take accurate measurements (tape measure, level, square) - Basic plumbing knowledge (preferred) - Proficiency with power tools (drills, jigsaws, etc.) - Ability to lift up to 100 lbs - Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions ## **Preferred / Bonus Experience** - Carpentry - Ceramic tile installation - Flooring installation - Light plumbing - General remodeling ## **What We Offer** - **Full-time, year-round work** - Consistent installation volume - Opportunity to work with a respected, growing company - Supportive team environment focused on quality and efficiency ## **Apply Today** If you’re a skilled installer who takes pride in your work and wants steady, reliable opportunities, we encourage you to apply today.
