The National Reconnaissance Office’s (NRO) ***Dynamic* Business Office (DBO)** is seeking a dynamic Acquisition Consultant with the following skills but not limited to: excellent verbal communication; analytical thinking; flexible open to change based on guidance provided by the Customer; ability to use your initiative; outstanding customer service; ability to work well with others; ability to work independently as well as with the team. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - **Engage** **, Educate, and Empower:** Serve as the liaison between the agency and small business owners, entrepreneurs, and organizations. Develop, maintain, and deliver presentations, training sessions, and educational materials that clarifies government processes. Motivated to succeed. - **Provide ongoing, proactive support:** Both virtually and in person—to build trust and guide businesses through every step of engagement. - **Research, Analyze, and Innovate:** Conduct market research to identify trends and challenges faced by small businesses. Utilize your technical skills with tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data, create insightful visuals, and present compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making. - **Build Relationships and Lead with Vision:** Cultivate strong, respectful relationships through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up. Offer creative solutions and strategic guidance to help small businesses overcome challenges and grow.
