With our passion, creativity, and innovation, “*We capture what moves*”. We are looking to fill a **temporary** **Accounts Receivable Specialist** position at our Development Center in Lebanon, Ohio. The AR Specialist will assist with all AR functions including accurate reporting, customer file maintenance, invoice processing and other related duties. Interacts with internal Operations, R&D, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Planning, Purchasing and external Customers and Vendors. Key competencies: Reasoning Analytical Skills, Written and Verbal Communication and Interpersonal Skills, and Mathematical and Computer Skills. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Timely and accurate posting of cash receipts and all incoming/outgoing electronic bank transactions, work with IT if any daily files are missing - Collections - Review AR aging daily - Contact customers regarding past due invoices daily - Research and resolve customer questions/issues in a timely manner - Document interactions with customers regarding collection efforts - Daily processing and delivery of customer invoices via mail and customer portals - Ensure credit memos are issued, delivered to customers and approvals are documented - Send affiliate statements monthly - Assist in maintaining accurate customer records, email contacts, invoice contacts and phone numbers - Assist with internal and external audit preparation - Handle special tasks and projects as assigned - Other duties as assigned by management. - Every employee is expected to participate in education/training about Mane’s environmental commitments and then actively apply this to job-related and job-specific roles and responsibilities. - Consistent with **MANE’s** environmental commitments, employees will engage in awareness and practical training, relevant to job-related and job-specific roles and responsibilities, in order to adhere to applicable environmental policies, procedures, and best practices. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** - Associates degree preferred. - Knowledge of accounting procedures and experience with SAP is a plus. - Minimum of 3-5 years’ accounting experience; preference is given for candidates with experience supporting a manufacturing or logistics company, and experience in a company with multiple sites/currencies. **MANE** is an equal opportunity employer.
