Join Uline as an Accounts Receivable Associate, where you’ll team to identify account issues and work with our customers to find successful resolutions! **Part-Time Hours:** 15 – 20 hours per week **Careers Packed with Potential.** Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on. **Position Responsibilities** - Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email. - Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions. - Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions. - Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt. **Minimum Requirements** - High school diploma or equivalent.
