Join Our Team The team at Metro Mechanical Services is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable & Contract Coordinator to support both our accounting and service operations in our Bolton, MS office. In this role, you'll manage customer billing and collections while coordinating preventative maintenance agreements, helping ensure accurate financial records and an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Manage customer invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable activities. Monitor outstanding balances and communicate with customers regarding past-due accounts. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate customer account records and collection documentation. Generate recurring preventative maintenance invoices. Enter, maintain, and update service agreements and maintenance contracts. Assist with contract renewals and maintain contract documentation. Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer and billing issues. Provide outstanding customer service through professional phone and email communication. Support additional accounting and administrative functions as needed. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, collections, or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Experience with ERP systems (Key2Act or similar) is a plus. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while working both independently and as part of a team. Why Join Us?
