Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. Benefits: - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off Key Responsibilities: - Process and accurately apply all incoming payments (checks, credit cards, wires, ACH). - Post complex payments, adjustments and reconciliations in the accounting system. - Collaborate with billing team to resolve posting issues. - Customer collections. - Process credit card payments or refunds as needed. - Respond promptly to client and team inquiries. - Input vendor bills into accounting system and reconcile billing statements. - Perform other related tasks assigned by upper management. Qualifications: - 2+ years of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience. - Strong understanding of customer collections. - Experience with bank reconciliation. - Intermediate Microsoft office application skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. - Experience with QuickBooks and Service Titan a plus.
