In this fast-paced position, you'll collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders, solve payment and invoice challenges, leverage technology to improve processes, and make a direct impact on financial operations. It's an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous growth. **Currently, this is a hybrid opportunity located in Richmond, VA.** As a part of the team, you will: - High volume invoice processing on an accurate and timely basis. - Handle three-way match, coding, review and reconciliation of vendor statements. - Research and resolve PO/invoice discrepancies. - Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers. - Identify ideas for process improvement. **What you know:** You have a High School diploma and: - 3+ years’ experience (preferred) and proficiency in an automated AP environment. - Experience working in a Shared Services environment. - Experience working with multiple ERP systems (3 or more). - Associates in Accounting (preferred). - Fluent in Spanish (preferred). *At Alfa Laval, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and dynamic workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
