Our mission has always been to deliver excellent medical care with compassion. **PMG's Comprehensive Benefit Plan:** - Personal medical and dental insurance - 401k and profit-sharing plan - Life insurance - 3 weeks' vacation time - 40 hours of paid sick leave - Employee Assistance Program **Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist** **Responsibilities** As an important part of our clinical operations, your duties will include: - Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees using a third-party payroll provider - Review and validate timekeeping data for accuracy and completeness - Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and benefits deductions - Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist with year-end payroll activities including W-2 reconciliation - Process vendor invoices accurately and timely - Obtain appropriate approvals and code invoices to the general ledger - Prepare and process check runs and electronic payments - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies - Maintain organized and accurate AP files and documentation - Assist with 1099 preparation and reporting - Assist with monthly bank and credit card reconciliations - Support month-end close processes - Maintain financial records in accordance with internal controls - Assist with audit requests and financial reporting as needed - Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned **Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist** **Requirements:** - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - 3+ years of payroll and/or accounts payable experience (healthcare environment preferred) - Experience working with third-party payroll vendors; iSolved experience a plus - Strong understanding of basic accounting principles - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; Quickbooks experience preferred - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Schedule:** - Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, 40 hours scheduled per week. - **Healthcare Setting:** - Medical Office - Outpatient - In-person **Job Locations:** - Princeton, NJ **Pre-employment drug screen is required** **Pre-employment professional reference check is required** PMG is an equal employment opportunities ( EEO ) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to, and does not discriminate on the basis of, race, color, religion, creed, gender/sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression (including transgender status), national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, pregnancy, military status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, and local laws.
