This is an impactful opportunity for a finance leader who thrives in a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance environment. ### Accountabilities: - Lead and develop a high-performing Accounts Payable team, including supervisors, coordinators, and processors, by fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. - Manage daily accounts payable operations across the procure-to-pay lifecycle, including vendor management, invoice processing, expense activities, and master data administration. - Oversee travel and expense platforms and corporate card programs to ensure accurate, efficient, and user-friendly employee reimbursement processes. - Partner with Accounting, Operations, Merchandising, Engineering, and Financial Systems teams to design and implement system enhancements that improve AP functionality. - Support financial systems initiatives by providing strategic input on process design, testing approaches, and business requirements. - Manage monthly accounts payable close activities, including AP aging reviews, reconciliation processes, and Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) account oversight. - Ensure accurate and timely processing of high-volume invoices, including three-way matching of inventory receipts and payment reconciliation. - Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders by resolving payment issues with professionalism and efficiency. - Develop reporting, metrics, and analytics to monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support business decisions. - Conduct root-cause analysis on process challenges and collaborate with technology teams to improve workflows and scalability. - Promote the thoughtful adoption of AI and automation tools to enhance finance operations and increase team effectiveness. - Prepare financial analyses, schedules, and documentation to support audits, tax requirements, and compliance activities. **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience managing accounts payable functions, with experience in public companies or retail environments preferred. - 4+ years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to lead both hourly and salaried employees. - Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, including invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor management, and master data management. - Experience with financial reporting systems, ERP implementations, and SOX compliance requirements. - Ability to leverage technology and financial systems to improve decision-making and operational scalability. - Strong understanding of technical accounting principles and GAAP standards. - Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP platforms is a plus. - Experience working with complex financial datasets and developing meaningful business reporting. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-function…
