Accounts Executive (Invoice Process)

We are in search of an Accounts Executive (Invoice Process) for an mid-level position, ideally with **3** **to 5 years of relevant experience**, who possesses a fundamental understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in using Zoho invoice and Tally prime, and expertise in managing invoices. **Responsibilities**: - Prepare and issue invoices for Google product licenses (e.g., Workspace, Cloud, etc.) based on client usage and subscription plans. - Follow up on client payments and update collection status. - Maintain client billing schedules and handle invoice adjustments or credit notes as required. - Reconcile accounts receivable and support month-end closing activities. - Work with accounting tools like Zoho Invoice, Zoho Billing, Zoho books and Tally Prime. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements. - Verify and ensure the accuracy of payments, amounts, and records. - Possess advanced written and verbal communication abilities. - Be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. **Education**: - A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA).
