If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with technology, and are looking for a role where your contributions matter every day, we encourage you to apply. **What You'll Do** **Accounts Payable (Primary Focus)** - Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approval. - Manage vendor account inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. - Prepare and maintain vendor records, including W-9 documentation and annual 1099 reporting. - Support timely and accurate payment processing. **Accounting Operations** - Assist with expense report review and processing. - Support month-end accounting activities and reconciliations. - Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation. - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. **Accounts Receivable Support** - Process customer invoices accurately and timely. - Apply customer payments and cash receipts. - Assist with customer account research and issue resolution. - Support collections and account reconciliation activities as needed. **Systems & Reporting** - Utilize ERP software to process transactions and maintain financial records. - Generate reports and analyze accounting data. - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes. **Required Qualifications** - Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. - Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills. - Experience working within an ERP system. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with **Global Shop/GlobalShop ERP** - Manufacturing environment experience is a plus. - Experience supporting both A/P and A/R processes. **Success in This Role** We're looking for someone who: - Communicates professionally and confidently with vendors, customers, and team members. - Works well independently and takes ownership of their responsibilities. - Enjoys collaborating with others to solve problems. - Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. - Is eager to learn and grow within an accounting career. **We are always looking for driven, talented people to join our team.** Founded in 1996, MUM Industries, Inc. is the parent company to a diverse group of industrial product manufacturers: Integra Enclosures, StrongBox.
