Accounting Specialist

Duties include but are not limited to: \* Processes documents related to expenses, such as checks. \* Contribute to maintenance of accounting data and provide support as needed to accounting department. \* Manage various forms of accounting data, such as that related to accounts payable and accounts receivable. \* Other duties as assigned. Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 \* Analytical skills to evaluate, prioritize, and categorize data in various forms and formats. \* Perform calculations and analysis used in basic accounting. \* Basic knowledge in proper accounting principles, practices, and procedures. \* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. \* Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level. \* Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). \* Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. \* Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
