Job Summary At CADY, our Finance team is building a best-in-class accounting organization that provides timely, accurate financial information and strategic insights to support a rapidly growing business. As the Accounting Manager, you will be a key leader within the Accounting team, responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting while overseeing the company's accounting operations and treasury function. This highly visible role serves as the operational leader of the accounting department, reporting to and partnering closely with the VP & Corporate Controller to execute an efficient monthly close, maintain strong internal controls, and deliver reliable financial reporting. You will lead the day-to-day accounting team, oversee cash and treasury operations, drive continuous process improvements, and help build scalable processes that support CADY's continued growth. The ideal candidate is a technically strong accounting professional who enjoys leading people, improving processes, solving problems, and building an accounting organization that can scale alongside the business. Responsibilities Accounting Leadership - Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring an accurate and timely close. - Manage the close calendar and coordinate activities across the accounting team. - Review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP. - Maintain the integrity of the balance sheet through reconciliations, rollforwards, and analytical reviews. - Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules. - Own various aspects of monthly financial reporting packages, management reporting, and variance analysis. - Oversee accounting for revenue recognition (ASC 606), deferred revenue, leases (ASC 842), fixed assets, debt, and equity. - Oversee daily accounting operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll accounting, and treasury activities. - Ensure compliance with accounting policies while identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls. - Partner with the VP & Corporate Controller on technical accounting matters, accounting policies, and financial reporting initiatives. Treasury & Cash Management - Lead the company's treasury operations, including daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and disbursement planning. - Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash forecasts to support operational and strategic decision-making. - Manage banking relationships, bank account administration, authorized signers, and treasury documentation. - Oversee treasury controls, including Positive Pay, ACH and wire controls, fraud prevention, and banking compliance. - Maintain debt, coven…
