We strive to provide our guests with an exciting, educational, and memorable experience. **Responsibilities include but are not limed to:** - Maintain the vault and vault room - Balance and reconcile daily register receipts and e-commerce transactions - Prepare and update daily and monthly spreadsheet reports - Disburse and record petty cash. - Collect, count, and disperse parking tokens - Report daily attendance information and maintain attendance records - Maintain AP files and documents including scanning of prior year documents - Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe work practices to supervisor and / or Human Resources. - Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. - Perform other duties as assigned - Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills - Provide exceptional guest service - Abide by all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook **Requirements** One year certificate from college or technical school is required for consideration or three to six months of related experience and / or training; any equivalent combination of education and experience to be able to perform the essential functions of the job would meet the education and experience criteria. **Other** This is a part-time position.
