Duties and Responsibilities: - Stock in all new vehicles - Process deposits - Register courtesy deliveries, lease tags, and loaners - Remit and cancel products - Process internal repair orders - Responsible for processing car deal accounting - Process Titles as needed - Follow up on funding delays when needed - Maintains effective employee relations - Participates in required training - Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system - Follows Safeguards rules and regulations - Complies with Company policies and procedures - Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: - Recent accounting experience preferred - Strong organizational skills required. - Good interpersonal and oral communication skills - Mathematical aptitude - Ability to learn the Dealership Management System, Spreadsheet software, accounting software, and inventory software.
