The Opportunity The Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting the daily financial operations of Hotel Vin Rogers. This position will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, reconciliations, and administrative accounting functions while helping establish strong processes and procedures during the hotel's opening phase. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and teamwork are essential. What You'll Do Process invoices and assist with accounts payable functions Assist with accounts receivable and billing activities Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Perform daily revenue and cash reconciliations Assist with month-end closing processes Review and resolve accounting discrepancies Maintain organized accounting files Assist with payroll audits and reporting as needed Support financial reporting and administrative projects Partner with hotel leadership to ensure accurate and timely financial processes What We're Looking For Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative accounting experience preferred Hospitality accounting experience strongly preferred Marriott experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Why You'll Love Being Part of the Opening Team Being part of a hotel opening is a rare opportunity to make an impact from day one.
