In this role, you will support day-to-day AP operations, maintain accurate financial records, and play a key part in keeping our payables processes running smoothly and efficiently. *Hours: 15 – 20 hours per week* **What you'll do** - Review, triage, and respond to incoming AP correspondence through the Finance email inbox in a timely and organized manner - Maintain complete and accurate records for all accounts payable transactions, invoices, and supporting documentation - Enter, verify, and reconcile financial data across systems, and assist with data cleanup projects to support overall data integrity - Execute standard accounts payable workflows independently, adhering to internal controls and departmental procedures **Requirements** - Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy across data and documentation - Comfort working in financial systems, such as NetSuite **Bonus Points:** Flexibility w/schedule **What Matters** **at** **RevHealth:** **Leave your** **fingerprint** - Your voice, your mind, your mark—they matter.
