In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S. ## Job Description We are looking for an Accountant to join our Talley team in Santa Fe Springs, CA! **Summary:** The Accountant is responsible for daily processing of branch bank deposits, monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations, and any journal entries required. Handles monthly recurring journal entry set up and posting, and supports external audits during the year. **What You'll Do:** - Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations - Perform research and analysis of assigned accounts and explain variances - Prepare recurring, standard, and other journal entries related to balance sheet reconciliations and month-end responsibilities - Support external audit requests during the year - Work with Cash Applications and Accounts Payable teams to research and resolve outstanding bank reconciliation issues - Post branch daily deposits and work with branches to resolve any issues - Other duties as assigned **Job Duties Disclaimer:** The information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
