As an Accountant 1, you will perform the following duties: - **Fiscal Oversight:** Manage Joinder revenues and expenses by preparing regular financial reports for program fiscal officers - **Payroll Processing:** Coordinate bi-weekly payroll tasks including deposits, taxes, and required forms - **Account Management:** Manage Joinder bank accounts and maintain shared accounting software systems - **Audit Preparation:** Serve as the contact for the annual audit and assemble reports and documentation required for compliance - **Financial Reconciliation:** Reconcile subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger and calculate quarterly depreciation - **Cross Agency Charges:** Monitor due to and due from accounts to ensure proper cross charging among agencies **Work Schedule and Additional Information:** - Full-time employment - Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. - **Telework:** You will not have the option to telework in this position. - **Salary:** In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. - You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
