The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments while supporting month-end close activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies. - Prepare and process weekly payment runs. - Maintain accurate AP records and documentation. - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting. - Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice and payment inquiries. - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems. - Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
