Stewardship: We take care of our people, our clients, and the spaces we’re trusted with Humility: We lead with service, respect, and a willingness to learn Excellence: We go above and beyond, taking pride in doing the job right ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT Verify that accounts are cleaned as expressed in contracts Ensure the quality of the work is to our standards Work with other staff to make sure that every account is staffed PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT Train custodial staff to perform their assignments effectively, efficiently, and safely Evaluate work performance Administrative duties pertaining to staff CLIENT RELATIONS Proactively build and maintain great relationships with clients Professionally and proactively address client complaints in a timely manner Represent the company professionally SUPPLIES MANAGEMENT Maintain equipment at accounts Ensure janitor closets are clean Partner with other staff in the ordering and delivery of supplies MUST be willing to occasionally travel to Kalispell, Polson, Thompson Falls, and Alberton Additional Information / Benefits Benefits: Paid Vacation, Educational Assistance
