We are looking for an Account Manager to own and grow Provectus's existing client base on the East Coast. This seat is about managing a portfolio of active and recently closed accounts, driving renewal and expansion revenue, and becoming a trusted advisor to the enterprise stakeholders inside our current clients. You will manage multiple active engagements simultaneously — tracking delivery health, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring clients remain commercially engaged. You need enough commercial fluency in what we deliver to have expansion conversations about new workstreams, additional business units, and new service lines — especially as Anthropic's Claude-based offerings evolve.
