In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of Premium Territory Members and Suite Holders at Amerant Bank Arena and War Memorial Auditorium, delivering a consistently elevated experience that reflects the standard of our brand. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving revenue objectives through renewals, retention, upselling, and upgrades, while building long-term, trust-based relationships with high-value clients. This individual will proactively identify client needs, resolve concerns with urgency, and curate exclusive premium experiences that reinforce the value of membership. Success in this role requires a disciplined approach to relationship management, a strong command of revenue performance metrics, and a genuine commitment to service excellence across all touchpoints.
