Account Manager

You’ll meet exciting challenges, and will constantly grow in technology and the international environment. **What You Will Do:** - Simultaneously work with clients from a diverse list of industries; - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong collaboration; - Manage annotation teams to guarantee smooth execution and timely delivery of projects; - Monitor team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team; - Keep track of key metrics to measure the success of the client’s request and the team, and identify areas for improvement and automatization; - Proactively mediate and resolve any clients’ and annotators’ concerns or issues etc.; - Train annotation teams and supervisors. **What We Need:** - Excellent **Ukrainian & English** skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written); - **2-3 years of experience** in tech service industry, ideally in account or project management;; - Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively; - Proved experience in long-term project planning; - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships; - Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team; - Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and the company; - Mature and responsible attitude; - Innovation mindset and the ability to be flexible. **Will be a great plus:** - Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in **IT outsourcing companies**; - Experience in working with AI, data labeling, or machine learning projects; - Desire to advance in AI & annotation services; - Good sense of humor 😊 **We offer:** - Competitive monthly rate in USD; - Business hours; - Opportunity to work fully remotely; - Greenhouse conditions for self-development; - Inclusive international environment; - Amazing team connectivity; - Paid intensive training and trial period; - Responsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperation. 🦾 Ready to be part of an innovative team?
